April 20, 2019: One of Japan's hubs for soccer, J-Village, is fully restored.
After the nuclear power plant accident, the area around J-Village changed. Its pitch, once the pride of Japan, became a frontline base of operations for dealing with the disaster, and its turf was trampled by vehicles and the construction of housing.
"J-Village will come to symbolize Fukushima's revival"
After some long years, dreams and a love of sports have rewound the stopped clock here.
With every step people make to recover from the disaster and nuclear accident, they carefully and earnestly push forward a soccer ball to the future.
