Kawauchi is a village with full of nature where is located in Hamadoori, Fukushima and about 2,300 people live.
Due to the nuclear accident caused by Great East Japan Earthquake, all of the inhabitants were temporarily forced to move from the village.
But, more and more people have come back there.
SHIGA Fuka pre-opened "cafe&gallery Shufusha" by renovating her own old folk house in order to tell more and more people how attractive this village is.
This is the 2nd video of a series of "An old folk house cafe has started".
We have a close look at her trial on developing new menu that she serves at her cafe！
She makes the most of seasonal vegetables produced in Kawauchi Village for the meals there.
Ms.SHIGA is eager to tell more and more people who attractive Kawauchi Village is through those meals.
On this time, she is going to introduce how to make gnocchi and pudding made of butternut squash.
