Transition of the Evacuation-Designated Zones
Although a number of Evacuation-Designated Zones (Difficult-to-Return zone, Restricted Residence Zone and Evacuation Order Cancellation Preparation Zone) were established in many municipalities following the accident at TEPCO's Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, the subsequent lifting of evacuation orders has left only the Difficult-to-Return zone.
