Ensuring the safety and security of water
In order to ensure the safety and security of drinking water, monitoring inspections are conducted on drinking water (tap water, well water used for drinking purposes, etc.).
Ensuring the safety and security of food
In order to ensure the safety and security of food, monitoring inspections are conducted on agricultural, forestry and fisheries products, including processed foods. Voluntary inspections are also conducted on home garden products, wildlife, etc.
Ensuring the safety and security of health
'Fukushima Health Management Survey' is conducted in order to ensure and improve the long-term health of citizens in consideration of the dispersion of radioactive materials and the evacuations resulting from the nuclear accident.
